Mallard Creek Golf Course

Mallard Creek Golf Course, with a unique pristine setting, offers one of the most pleasant golf experiences in Oregon. Errant golf shots end up in wetlands, not backyards, as there are no homes or condominiums to disrupt the view surrounding the course. Buffer zones of wild grasses, wetlands, and stands of trees between holes create separation and give each hole a feeling of intimacy.

Challenging and beautiful, the course opened in 2000 and has rapidly become a favorite for experienced and beginning golfers from the Willamette Valley and all over the world. The bent grass greens and fairways are skillfully maintained and provide a fair and enjoyable test for all golfers.

The primary architect for the Mallard Creek Golf Course was nature herself, as the layout takes full advantage of wetlands, creeks, ponds, and stands of old trees. The large stands of mature Douglas fir and Ponderosa pine that the course incorporates give this venue the feel of a mature course. The Cascade Mountains dominate the scenery in this pastoral setting.

Mallard Creek has hosted numerous regional PGA events and Oregon Golf Association tournaments over the years, including the PGA Oregon Open and the Pac-10 Conference Invitational. Mallard Creek is proud to provide a championship golf course for many charitable and corporate events of all sizes each and every year.

After your round, visit The Lodge at Mallard Creek, “a country steakhouse”. The fireplace, with its river-rock hearth, gives the restaurant a snug atmosphere; and the full-service bar features spirits, local micro-brews, and Willamette Valley wines.

Mallard Creek’s secluded RV Resort offers premier amenities and full hook-ups for the latest and fasted growing group of travelers.
